This is an evaluation of this company's office administration. We had this company surveyed our property in Nov 2021. Recently, we are required by the City we live in to present at least two original/sealed copies for permit application of a property improvement. Before, we got a digital copy only. So we have contacted the office numerous times since 3/15/2021, and till today (4/7/2021) they could not produce anything.
I understand it takes time to print and sign their signatures, but 3 weeks of getting nothing done seems a long time. Here are the most annoying things of this office. (1) There is barely anyone in the office or there is but they just pretend nobody in the office? I have been calling them literally every business day and a few times a day. There is only answer machine.
I left messages and they never returned my calls. If you do not believe me, call their office. (2) They did pick up my calls twice of many of my calls. In both times, they told me that "it will be ready this afternoon or no later than tomorrow, and we will call you to pickup". Since I am writing a post here, you know that nothing have happened and no explanation is given.
