Michael Dequine and Associates, Inc. was established in 2005 through acquisition of the assets of the Spink Corporation. The Spink Corporation was a long established Professional Consulting Services firm in the Sacramento region with a history dating back to 1959. Our office is located in the South Natomas area of Sacramento with close proximity to downtown Sacramento, the Sacramento International Airport, and all major highways through the Sacramento region.Our staff is comprised of highly skilled professionals with many years of experience in the northern and central California Region.

We also review Preliminary Title Reports, calculate and plot the locations on your property of existing easements and utilities, and prepare a comprehensive map identifying development constraints. We then coordinate with our client to review overall and specific project objectives in relation to the project constraints.
