Land Planning Report

Mau & Associates offers land planning services. This service provides you with direction to how a particular property could be divided or developed. It takes into account, Municipal Comprehensive Plans and Zoning ordinances, innovative planning principals that explore existing and projected future development trends.

Civil Engineering Report

Detailed site design plans for construction. These plans take into consideration existing; topography, soil conditions, wetlands, flood plains, structures and utilities as well as future structures, parking lots, storm water management and utilities. These plans are coordinated with the local municipality, and appropriate State and/or Federal agencies.

Construction Staking Report

Mau & Associates offers construction staking services. This is the process of accurately locating the proposed improvements on the ground and within property boundaries. This site design and planning project involved working with the Owner and Architect to design a new Hyundai dealership.

I had a very complex sale which included removing an easement with changing a lot line. MAU was very responsive, extremely detailed, spent time explaining it and getting it filed and approved by the county in a very efficient and effective manner. They even responded to emails over the weekend to go above and beyond! Highly recommended.
