Lemke Land Surveying has been providing surveying services to public and private clients since our start in 1994. Lemke’s surveyors and technicians are experienced in providing survey services to many different project sectors. These services including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys and elevation surveys. Lemke staff is attentive to project details and pays close attention to needs of every client. Right of Way Surveying
Lemke has nearly 20 years of experience in providing Right-of-Way Acquisition related surveying services to various municipalities, tribal governments, local country governments, and state agencies. These services include right-of-way research, alignment analysis, property descriptions, legal documents, right-of-way plans, quality assurance/quality control, boundary surveys, and field staking to assist the client in obtaining easements and/or right-of-ways. Our staff Certified Abstractor is dedicated to thorough title research and ownership reports. Lemke Project Managers are heavily involved in all aspects of right-of-way projects from start to finish. Lemke staff is attentive to the needs of the client, while also recognizing the sensitivity and concerns of the land owner. Our professionals are knowledgeable of state laws and guidelines pertaining to land transactions.
