Founded in 1985, Boundaryline Surveys is a private practice that offers its years of knowledge and experience in the field of land surveying, data collection, drafting and survey mathematics to a wide range of clients, both public and private. The firm serves the private land owner, professional architects and engineers, attorneys, government agencies, banks, title companies and lending institutions, as well as utility companies, construction companies, railroads, hospitals, churches, schools and universities and land developers.
This is the minimum survey that your mortgage lender requires for closing your loan. It is a location of improvements and cursory check for encroachments onto or from the subject parcel of land based on existing evidence and legal description provided. This is not a boundary survey and is subject to any inaccuracies that a boundary survey may disclose.
