Referred to by another company that was too busy. Asked for a structural engineer, receptionist explained in a hasty tone that they only have one person for that and that he's on vacation til Mid-September, as if I should know? Will not use them in the future for anything if possible

Called to get help with a slumping foundation. Could only be in town for a Saturday. The person on the phone told me no, they don't do weekends. I asked for a recommendation perhaps. The response made me feel like I'd just asked for her first born child haha. I'm rating a two because there was no attempt to be friendly or even let me down easy. Any guidance would have been appreciated.
