My experience with Field Resources was terrible. If I could give them negative stars, I would. They took my deposit, a guy came to look at my property and post a sign in my yard. Then more than a year went by and I heard nothing from them. When I called to request my deposit back they assured me they would be sending me an invoice because the work was "almost done". Diane, the manager, is likely the source of the problem as she is both dim and rude. This company is the worst; stay away.

Two employees came to our home and surveyed a property line. They were polite and profession. The property line they staked was different than the property line our neighbors had staked. They informed us that the difference between the two property lines was a "dead zone." This information was inaccurate and led to an uncomfortable conversation with our neighbor. When we called the company, the man who spoke to us was incredibly rude and implied we were lying about the interaction.

Please do not use these people if you care anything at all about historic houses, Historic Preservation, environmental sustainability, and lowering your carbon footprint. Field Resources right now is actively engaged in the demolition of an historic 19th century Gothic style farmhouse for what will most certainly be yet another garagemahal; something which the town of Wellesley definitely doesn't need! They're so clueless about the importance of Historic Preservation, they put their sign right out in front of very unique & extremely vulnerable houses! For what.money which for them is surely just pocket change!

Zero rating. They staked my property line and put it in a different place than they had it 7 years earlier on a plot plan. The line, they say, is now 4.5 feet (out of 80) from where they had it earlier. Unbelievable. Then to add insult to injury, they sent me a past due notice threatening a lien three days AFTER they had cashed my payment. Unbelievable!

Zero star. Be aware, if u want to delay your project due to unresponsiveness and late delivery of your drawings, otherwise. Our drawings were late by 2 months plus.

The provider was hired to survey our property in advance of a garage-building project They initially informed us that the initial visit would take place within three weeks of the call By the time they had found a time to come by, it hd been over six weeks The delay held up the project to the point that a garage that was intended to protect our cars (and pne-year-old twins) from the snow ended up being unusable all winter. Furthermore, the delays forced us to hold off with landscaping work and other services that will now cost far more on account of the damage caused by the snow, etc.

A further delay was caused by the fact that the surveyor mismeasured our property and had to come back to do it again ()though for this they have the unprofessional gall to blame our architect) The surveyor needs to hand over their final "as built" survey before we can use the garage, but they are refusing as they claim we owe them $700, even though their delays (and lies) have cost us thousands in fees and other charges I have filed a complaint with the BBB but I want everyone to know to avoid them
