Terrible service front the start. The seller of my current property had the survey done in 2015. The lines are correct but the legal description is wrong and they won't fix it. I had them come out in 2018, I believe, to survey the property over property line issues with the neighbor, they still didn't fix the issue. They completely refuse to work with me and no one but the owner is authorized to answer questions. The secretary that answers the phone, is beyond rude.

I'm very disappointed with the information I tried to get from the person on the phone. Mr Lee is very kind and we were impressed with his knowlege and caring when we talked to him a while back but the lady answering the phone now is rude and not hlepful. Phone etiquette is a very important part of any business. Making us pay 50% down and them holding your money for 6-8 weeks in these hard times is wrong and makes no sense. I regret that I must look for another company and many others are saying they are also
