Opened in 1964 as a sole proprietorship, the firm incorporated in 1973 as "Ralph C. Dumack, PE and Associates" in Pennsylvania founded on structural engineering. In 2005, the corporate name was changed to "Dumack Engineering, PC" to better reflect our expanded capabilities. Our firm has experienced strong growth by continuing to deliver the highest quality services to our clients and partners.

Dumack is a full-service engineering firm, providing civil and structural engineering, architectural planning and design, landscape architecture, site planning, code compliance reviews, construction management and inspection services to clients in both the public and private sectors. Dumack measures the quality of our work by striving to exceed our clients' expectations and delivering our services on time and under budget.
At Dumack Engineering we believe in giving back. Our support of the community takes many forms; from serving on the board of local non-profits, to consulting and in-kind design services. Giving back is an important part of our company philosophy. Libertae - Libertae is one of a very small number of treatment programs in Pennsylvania dedicated to treating and supporting women with substance use disorders.
We offer comprehensive design services in land development and stormwater management for commercial, industrial, residential and recreational projects. Our Civil Department is composed of an experienced, dedicated and resourceful staff, and work with our clients on a personal level throughout the duration of any project while maintaining the highest professional level on our final product.
Surveying is the core to any land development project since the survey supplies the initial data required for all field engineering or construction activity. The heart of any good design; civil or structural; commercial, residential or industrial; is the field measurements or survey of the existing features.
