Compass Surveying

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness The absolute worst! They will take your money upfront then ignore you for over 2 months then ultimately not deliver the survey you ordered.

Not complaints so much as feedback. I'd use them again. Competitive prices and decent turn around for big statewide company. Not sure why they need 2 names and their region system makes it tricky to know who to ask for updates. No exact dates are given, crews never call first and they try to sneak off. Surveys say they put in 1/2 rods but they don't even stakes corners and even their guys later said they hadn't put in rods. So just keep an eye on details and don't pay 100% until after site visit. If they bulk, go elsewhere.

Compass scheduled a survey with target surveying. Very helpful answering my questions and patient.

Critical: Quality SURVAYING THY RUN A SCAM TAKING MATTERS TO MY LAW TEAM VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HAD TO HAVE IT RESURVAYED GOT RIPPED OFF FOR 1200 BUCKS THIS COMPASS COMPANY IS A JOKE RUN BEFORE THY CATCH YOU ONCE HOOKED YOUR COOKED.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Had a survey done, which took forever to complete and when completed I was not able to use it as Collier county would not accept the survey and Compass did not rectify the problem, big waste of time and money.

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value Lackluster service. Extremely slow turnaround time most likely due to them knowing that their services are essential. I believe that there are very few survey companies so not much competition; thus causing the crummy assistance.

1st time using this company for a survey and I can tell people stay away from this company, the service is the worst and they not even have an idea what they do, I'm building few houses in Florida with other surveyors and they quick and good job, the reason that we try this company was because the one we normally used was so busy so we desire to try but that's the worst thing I ever did, they want to get pay up from and by the time I cancel the service from them and ask for refund they issued a partial refund because they performed a service which was rejected by the city And was waisted money and time

NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY- They lie to you and take your money! Surveyors were here did their job. Almost 2 weeks later they are back. I happen to be home! Office told them to take out their markers. I called office- they told me that the equipment was faulty or that the surveyors miss calculated. But not everyone that they did that day JUST MY HOUSE?

I spoke with surveyors they said NO WAY. They surveyed using their markers and left. 1 hr later they are back. My neighbors complained which is were this is all coming from. So I called office again - they would not take my call! THINK - They were not working for me even though I paid them! DONT USE! Dont look on FB they take off your review and block you! Had to do one star or it wouldnt post

Compass provided a survey for the bank when I originally purchased the property. When we decided to renovate the home the City required two different specialized surveys. Michelle and team were professional and proficient in tackling the task. Turn around time was ahead of schedule and exactly as promised. Big thanks to Reagan and Raquel also.

I bought saltwater lot in Cape Coral. Target/Compass came out and did the survey. It has no seawall and they did not originally do the mean high, mean low, mean low low which is needed by the seawall company (my fault I didn't ask them for it). I asked them to come out and do it and they wanted to bill me $600.00 to add it to the survey they just did.

I can get a whole new survey for less with that information on it. I'm in the building industry so I asked a few of my home builders what was legit and they told me this is robbery.
