R. K. Burns Surveying, Inc. was founded in 1989 by Robert K. Burns and Stacey A. Basham, with John and me joining the company shortly after. Together, with our dad leading the way, we tried to set the standard for surveying in southwest Florida, whether it was new home construction or the layout for some of the area's major roadways.

Stay away. Contacted the company person through phone and left a message. Then since I did not near back I sent an email. When I called back that afternoon of the email, he answered and mentioned the turnaround time for a complete survey was one week and a half. I asked how to pay, he stated he will answer my email back. Week passed still no payment info. Called back in a week and asked again.
This time he mentined that payment was upon completion. Two weeks and a half passed now and no calls or contacts from him. Pick another survey company pay a little extra, but get follows thru. Other companies give 4 days turnaround and deliver.
