Jim was great to work with and completed our survey on the date we requested. He went above and beyond to find the correct markers. He did a lot of extra work making sure everything was correct and on time. We appreciate his communication throughout the whole process. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Jim Brinkman promised in writing that our survey would be completed on or by June 15th but it was never completed. When called on June 19th to find out what happened, we were told he never even put it on his work schedule.
