As a result of our desire to provide practical, innovative and economical solutions to our clients, B&B Consultants, Inc. has steadily grown over the past 30 years. D., who specializes in water/wastewater engineering. 1984 - Dr. Bugg purchased the Virginia office operations of Quible and Associates, Inc. and merged it with his B&B Laboratory, Inc. operation in Chase City.

Streetscape design is typically associated with the restoration of urban areas to create a more attractive, comfortable and safe setting for the community and its residents. Services for these types of projects often include improvements to the roadway and pedestrian accommodations as well as the surrounding environment.

B&B offers professional services for all types of land development, frequently beginning with assistance in locating and/or selecting the project site and performing land capacity analysis and this continues throughout your project's development. We will assist in reaching your project's goals by providing conceptual plans, cost estimates, feasibility studies and construction drawings in a timely manner to meet the financing and regulatory benchmarks unique to each project.As part of this process, we can assist in obtaining all permits (zoning, re-zoning, land use, etc.) required for your project, including attending regulatory meetings, hearings, etc. on your behalf.
