ATS is really just the best. The Austin housing market is INSANE and let me tell you, there are all sorts of new companies for inspections, surveys, etc. and you really do not know who to trust. ATS is professional, and fast. The survey department is as professional as it gets, especially Paul. I highly recommend ATS in any case, especially in the crazy market in Austin. You will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love a few of the reps working here. I own and run an Electrical contracting company. A few of our projects hired ATS for inspections. David Youts is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive inspector I may have ever worked for. He was there to answer usual questions and help find a solution FAST. I recently needed a tree and topographical land survey for my property. I hired ATS based on recent online reviews. They made the experience pleasant and easy. The survey was delivered sooner than I expected. I am not a builder so I didn't know exactly what I needed but guided me through the process. Excellent company.

As an architect, I work with a lot of surveying groups. To a lot of people, surveys are just a commodity, and any survey is just as good as the next. In some (but not all) ways, that may be true. However, one of the biggest distinctions between these firms is in the quality of their customer service. Paul Utterback at ATS is very professional, responsive, and reasonable, and it makes it a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend Paul and his crew for whatever survey work you need done.
