The Comprehensive ShoreLand Assessment is an essential tool created by Ames Associates to assist in determining a waterfront property's value in terms of development, expansion or redevelopment. A waterfront property's true value is based on the ability to develop, expand or change its use in conjunction with current environmental and land use regulations.

The State of NH commissioned a study in 2005 of the State of NH Comprehensive Shoreland Protection Act (CSPA), which was originally enacted in 1991. The outcome of the study resulted in changes to the CSPA that would provide greater oversight in the protection of NH?s water-related natural resources.

We've used Ames Associates a few times and always professional and they know their stuff. Trust me it's not worth trying to find a cheaper or more available company. Ames is super busy but it's done right the first time and worth the wait!

Mr. David Ames is an awesome man, very helpful, kind and resourceful. I just moved into Meredith, don't know my way around here, so I came into his office to consult about my septic system plan, although I didn't end up hired him (because I didn't have too, at least not yet), nevertheless he took his times review all my info. and calls around to get me some answers. At the end he didn't charged me for all his times and efforts, I would recommend him to anyone I know. Again Thank You! mr. David Ames
